Wellmedr commissioned Kayen Peppa to redesign their website to better reflect a modern, premium, and trustworthy telehealth experience. The objective was to combine a clean medical aesthetic with warm, lifestyle-driven visuals and a refined palette to make the brand feel both credible and approachable. The design direction focused on clarity, simplicity, and soft sophistication in order to position Wellmedr as a seamless, consumer-friendly wellness platform built around convenience, confidence, and care.

The Mobile Experience

Wellmedr enlisted Kayen Peppa to restructure the UX and information architecture of their platform to make it easier for users to explore treatments, understand offerings, and move confidently through the conversion journey. The goal was to simplify a service ecosystem that includes multiple wellness categories while maintaining a smooth and reassuring user experience. The redesigned UX emphasized logical pathways, clear categorization, and frictionless navigation, helping users quickly access relevant care options in a way that feels simple, trustworthy, and user-centered.
